Located over Kuning Lake in Summer Palace and
spanning the East Dyke and South Lake Island, the 17-arched Bridge is the largest
stone bridge in the Garden. Being 150m in length and 8m in
width,it looks like a rainbow lying over the waves, utterly

| The Long
Corridor is the longest corridor among
those in Chinese classical gardens -- the length amounts to
728m. Decorated by a large number of delicate traditional
coloured paintings, it is like a gordeous belt which links the
buildings in Front Hill area into an integrated whole. Hence
the name "Picture Corridor". |
